Yellowcard- Breathing

in the process..

I don't have time to learn this song tonight, because of work....but the next song I plan to teach myself is Breathing by Yellowcard on the violin. I looked up the sheet music and if you want to look at it it is here http://lotusford49.tripod.com/breathing_1.gif. Thats only the first page but it's a really cool song. I was just at the Yellowcard concert on Sunday night and it was amazing which is why I want to learn this now.

Also this a video of the band playing at a live concert and you can clearly hear the violin after the guitar intro so thats what it will hopefully sound like.

I chose to teach myself the main theme to this song. Its actually kind of repetitive to play the whole thing throughout without singing so I just gave a little snipit. I wanted to teach myself this song though because it's just a really meaningful song in my opinion and if my piano was actually in tune..... the piano is an amazing composition. 

A song from my childhood

So this is the first song that im posting on here. I just had my mom teach me how to play this. First I recorded it onto my ipod and then realized that I couldn't load it on here from there...so sorry for the crappy recording of my ipod from my broken camera...

Anyways to the point the reason I chose to learn how to play this song, which my Mom and I call "The circus song", is because I always remember her playing it on the piano when I was a little kid and thought it was the coolest thing that my mom could play it. I've always wanted to learn the keys for this and I finally figured it out! so here it is.
